Build your career with us and apply today.Summary Responsible for serving across a variety of projects on single large scale, multiple projects or a work stream of projects. Related to system changes, global market changes, system migrations, and other projects in the Reconciliations domain. High level business understanding of securities markets, Reconciliations and related systems preferred. The candidate should have good documentation and project management knowledge and should be able to work through multiple or at times conflicting priorities with an eye for detail. The individual will play a key role during the onset of a project or program by helping define scope and create requirements working closely with business partners to understand and translate needs. This role works with IT during the design, development, and testing phase. Functional expertise is required. Should be well versed with project lifecycle and end to end software development life cycle, possess effective communication and presentation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders Prior knowledge of TLM Recs and TLM Recs Premium implementations and systems is preferred. Additionally, innovative thought process to provide tactical as well as strategic solutions to business teams is expected.Major Duties Gathering requirements, process modelling and data analysis Working with the design teams to ensure that the requirements are understood and that the delivered design fulfills all of the requirements adequately Supporting the technology teams through the build and unit test activities to ensure that all requirements are understood Working with business teams to elicit input and support the planning and execution of user acceptance testing Supporting the test team through pre-acceptance testing, system testing and system integration testing Assisting with operation readiness, data migration, user testing and roll-out as necessary Translate the business requirements into TLM configurations keeping standardization in mind Provide leadership in identifying and understanding business need; defines the need and develop solution scope that can be implemented. Co-ordinate across multiple groups including IT, projects and escalate as necessary to ensure timely completion of projects Carries out complex activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact. May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level.Knowledge / Skills 1. Excellent communication, collaboration & presentation skills 2. Eye for detail with the ability to work through multiple priorities and demands 3. Knowledge of Custody Business and Asset/Cash reconciliation end to end activities 4. Understands and can comprehend the risks associated and apply it within the in-scope projects 5. Highly flexible and adaptable to change 6. Ability to quickly interpret/decipher trends, identify early signs from available data and formulate effective strategies and actions in achieving program objectives. 7. MS Office skills; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio 8. Must have advanced MS Excel skills: Eg: Loops, Conditions , Formulas etc 9. Must have good Excel macro development skills 10. Must have knowledge about SQL, Databases, MS Access etc 11. Knowledge on Scripting & development is a plus 12. Should have good knowledge on XCEPTOR toolExperience Prior experience in Business Analysis and or Project Management type role. Prior experience in TLM Recs and TLM Recs Premium system. Experience of data analysis including data mapping Prior experience having worked in a Global Custody and/or Securities Servicing environment Experience of working in a large multiyear global transformation project A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is preferred. BA, PM and Agile certifications are encouraged Seasoned expert with extensive technical and business knowledge and functional expertise that has been developed over 10+ years and/or equivalent experienceAdditional Information,
