Job Description

Nasdaq Technology is looking for a passionate Senior Information Security Analyst with focus on developing, operationalizing, and maintaining solutions around Data Loss Prevention, Cloud Access Security Broker, Insider Threat, Privacy. We are looking for candidates who have proven experience and genuine desire to deliver what is needed for strengthening organization security and privacy needs.With this position we offer: Join the Global Information Security team at Nasdaq. The main objective for the security team in Bangalore is to deliver projects for Global Nasdaq to operationalize and maintain the state-of-art security stack around Data Protection Platforms - Data Loss Prevention, Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB) and Insider threat platforms while also performing application assessment for being in compliance with Global Privacy Laws and Export Controls. As our new member, you will work with a group of enthusiastic and experienced team members.Your role and responsibilities:As an Information Security Senior Analyst, your focus will be to deliver what is needed for the organization on the security and privacy needs. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

  • Lead and co-ordinate in development of new privacy features and tools, operationalizing and maintaining data protection platforms for security needs of Global Nasdaq.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential problems/issues in the implementation and processes.
  • Collaborate with various Information security teams to implement and maintain anomalies and threat models within Insider threat platforms.
  • Follow up and co-ordinate with development and business teams in assessing applications in order to ensuring compliance with privacy and export controls.
We expect you to have:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a related role and experience
  • We don t expect the candidate to have in depth knowledge of the required domains, but the candidate MUST have the ability to learn on the go, and has history of applying logical reasoning to effectively solve problems and thus successfully deliver projects
  • Ability to communicate across disciplines (e.g., development, business & legal).
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  • A suitable candidate will have proven experience and passion to deliver what is needed for the organization
  • Domain Knowledge of operationalizing either Data Loss Prevention or Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB) or Insider threat platforms
It would be great if you:
  • Knowledge of working in Privacy or GDPR or Export controls
  • Scripting knowledge to perform data analysis
  • Knowledge of Cloud Security is a plus.
