Enterprise projects may be spread over multiple departments or locations. Provides the direction for complex projects, processes and change management initiatives. This position works with peer management at all levels from the executive level through all departments to support business strategies, goals, objectives, and change integration initiatives. Responsible for leading and driving project communications, initiatives and day-to-day operation activities along with project status reporting Prioritize and elevate category critical issues to managers and leadership as required Facilitate conflict mitigation and risk management Develop and accomplish project schedule/plan Ensure the awareness and understanding of the plan and deliverables across stakeholders Review and oversee implementation of activities as identified in the project plan Manage all project artifacts including: RAID Log, RACI, budget, communication plan and status reports Develop and implement project communications plan for all levels Develop and ensure project Governance and Communication Matrix Coordinate end-to-end with cross-functional Workstreams, Task teams and implementation team to ensure that project deliverables are met. Maintain project team decision log and risk log with mitigation and contingency actions. Proactively identify project risks and propose risk mitigation strategies Schedule committee meetings and preparation of agenda s and recording minutes/follow-up Establish Key Performance Indicators for enterprise initiatives/projects Track KPIs Create and manage dashboards Identify and ensure all documentation are appropriately assembled and archived Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety Ensure environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures are imparted via training and adhered within the teamEducational Qualification: Masters in life sciences / equivalent degree / engineering PMP certified or degree in business managementTechnical/functional Skills: Proficiency in use of Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Proficiency in Microsoft Project/Enterprise Project (Project online). Knowledge of SAP modules (SAP PPM, PS, SD) Data analysis and problem-solving skills Process Mapping experience preferred Experience managing software development projects following the agile frameworkExperience: Overall 12 -16 years of industry experience out of which 2-3 years of experience in managing enterprise projects/ core project management experience projects with business value of over INR 1 crore Adequate experience in implementation and administration of Project online tool is expectedBehavioral Skills: Ability to multi-task and independently handle cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-directed, proactive, responsive, and able to handle competing priorities with the ability to work independently with minimal direction Ability to focus on a variety of issues and aim to drive results; interact with a variety of stakeholders and foster cross-functional / cultural teamwork Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross functional departments, manage client relationships.
