Determines architecture design, logic design, and system simulation. Defines module interfaces/formats for simulation. Performs Logic design for integration of cell libraries, functional units and subsystems into SoC full chip designs, Register Transfer Level coding, and simulation for SoCs. Contributes to the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuits. Performs all aspects of the SoC design flow from highlevel design to synthesis, place and route, timing and power to create a design database that is ready for manufacturing. Analyzes equipment to establish operation infrastructure, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results. May also review vendor capability to support development.QualificationsBachelors degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of industry experience or a Masters Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of industry experience. Your experience should be in the following: - Pre-Si Verification using protocols such as PCIe, DDR, HBM, processor cores and other custom logic - Experience leading Complex SoC Design Verification in Pre-Si - Experience in bug tracking, driving execution meetings, milestone tracking and delivery process. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment - Strong independence and proven ability to set and meet own goals - Experience managing a team of Senior Engineers and own IP/Subsystem Verification execution.Inside this Business GroupThe Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) was formed from the acquisition of Altera.
