Job Description

Job SummaryHR Recruiter having 0.6 months of min exp in Non IT Recruitment or IT Recruitment with excellent communication skills .Core experience in IT/Non IT recruitment, 0.6 months - 4 yrs.Job Description

  1. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  2. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate Job portals, social sites etc
  3. Source and recruit appropriate candidates by using databases, social media etc by understanding the nature and importance of the requirement
  4. Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  5. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  6. Assess applicantsrelevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and aptitudes
  7. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  8. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Experience
