Job PostingSenior Software Engineer As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key member of the ISG Tech Ops organization as part of the DevOps Engineering group, responsible for building tools to automate and streamline our processes, managing and improving deployment and live site infrastructure across a portfolio of services. You will have an opportunity to work with a highly collaborative and fun team in a fast learning environment.The Dell ISG Technical Operations DevOps team enables the productivity of our product engineering teams. Our team designs and develops test frameworks, test orchestration, tools, and mechanisms that utilize Machine Learning and AI all while utilizing world-class DevOps capabilities.Join us as a Senior Software Engineer in our DevOps team to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact on the productivity of our engineering teams. This is a US Remote role.What you ll achieveAs a Senior Software Engineer, you will create solutions, analyzing the customer s business goals, needs and general business environment to design technical system answers.You will:

• Contribute to the design and architecture of high-quality, complex systems and software/storage environments
• Prepare, review and evaluate software/storage specifications for products and systems
• Contribute to the development and implementation of test strategies for complex software products and systems/for storage products and systems

• Good hands-on experience of programming in languages such as Python, Go, Java, .Net, or similar object-oriented language
• Experience with automating technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning infrastructure
• Experience with multiple programming languages, databases, operating systems, tools and hardware platforms
• Experience developing cloud native CI/CD workflows and tools, such as Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity, Code Deploy (AWS) and/or GitLab
• Hands-on experience with microservices and distributed application architecture, such as containers, Kubernetes.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile practices
• Experience with monitoring and log aggregating frameworks such as Kafka, Logstash, Splunk, ElasticSearch, and Kibana.
• DevOps experience with GIT and CI/CD
• Strong presentation, verbal communication and written communications skills.

Desirable Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience with a bachelor s degree; or 3+ years with a master s degree; or 1+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
