We lead all aspects of IT project, program and portfolio activity and collaborate across all areas of the company to get results for our customers that exceed their expectations. Focused on completing projects and programs on time, within scope and budget, we define the project value proposition, manage resources, guide project team members and keep leaders updated on the project status and risk factors.Key responsibilities:Scheduling and arranging logistics for periodic and ad hoc training courses; Answering questions from learners & vendors via ServiceNow, and compiling survey data for classes; Guides employees with complicated issues and escalates to appropriate levels of management as necessary.You will:

Respond efficiently and thoughtfully to ensure closure of internal customer and vendor inquiries
Assist in the gathering of data and metrics used to manage class scheduling, vendor inquires, learner queries
Communicate in both written and verbal form, with appropriate sensitivity to cultural differences
Work collaboratively across teams & at all levels of the organization

Essential requirements:

Bachelor s Degree
Experienced user of Excel & Outlook
Detail-oriented
Customer oriented

Organized and able to successfully balance multiple tasks at any given time
