Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Should be able to execute against the test plans and test cases
  • Interface with Lead, QA peers and management on project deliveries to ensure a smooth release of the products.
  • Create, update and maintain test cases in accordance with the test design specifications of product features.
  • Perform test execution on the project assignments.
  • Investigate defects and perform root cause analysis
  • Follow the process and quality guidelines
  • Bring up the required setups as needed
Essential Requirements
  • Domain Experience Domain Experience Excellent in at least one of the Storage Array: VMAX, XtremIO, Unity,
  • Good knowledge of storage Topologies and deployment, storage protocols.
  • Excellent automation skills, able to write test frameworks independently.
  • Proficiency in Language: Perl, Python
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions.
  • Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments (Linux, Unix or Windows)
Desirable Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of testing concepts.
  • Good troubleshooting and analytical knowledge.
  • Good knowledge on OS administration and trouble shooting on multiple platforms: Windows / Unix / Linux
  • Knowledge on Virtualization (ESX, Hyper V) will be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of a RDBMS (Oralce, DBw) will be Plus
Experience3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Education: BE, B Tech (any stream), M. Sc (Electronics, Computer Science), M.C.A,
