Job Description

  • We are now looking for Solution Architect in delivery team. This job role is responsible for supporting any of our global customers end to end (Pre-Sales through Acceptance). SA is technical responsible for OSS design and execution on client engagements, handling one or more MITO delivery projects, developing, coordinating and delivering all aspects of customer needs as per required scope and blueprint!

You will:
  • Analyze the requirements, Design the solution and deliver the quality OSS solutions enabling efficient end user monitoring, trouble shooting and fault restoration for IT service assurance.
  • Define, lead and verify solutions in customer projects, including handling and management of third party products and suppliers.
  • Leading team members, third parties, and technological counterparts in client organizations in the integration of technological methodologies and components of projects.
  • Ensuring and being accountable for the technical integrity of the design, in accordance with the clients requirements.
  • Leading day-to-day technical program or segment activities, including relationships with the client, handling and reviewing assigned consulting staff.
To be successful in the role you must have:
  • To customize the Service Assurance solution based upon the customer requirements and provide the solutions.
  • Experience with SNMP, Corba, JMS, ASCII, Webservices, etc.
  • Good Understanding and experience of Agile delivery model.
  • Experience in Zabbix, ELK, Grafana, CMDB.
  • Expertize in python/perl/shell scripting, Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML and Database.
Key Qualification:
  • Education: academic degree minimum on bachelor level.
  • Minimum years of relevant experience: 7 - 9 years
