  • Project Role :Tester
  • Project Role Description :Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : -Experience in Administering Splunk cluster components search head cluster, indexer cluster and distributed management console including version upgrades, permissions, and audit compliance -Provide overall management of the SPLUNK platform -Standardize SPLUNK forwarder deployment, configuration, and maintenance across a variety of UNIX and Windows platforms
      • Technical Experience : -Universal Forwarder, rsyslog, CIM mapping, deployment server and Splunk indexer clusters must -Good understanding of Security Information and Event Management concepts and hands-on experience on industry standard products -Previous Splunk administration or development experience -Basic level of expertise in UNIX, Linux, and Windows Operating System -Complete understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, Protocols
      • Professional Attributes : -Participate in knowledge sharing with other analysts and develop solutions efficiently -Coordinate or participate in individual or team projects -Write technical articles for internal knowledge base -Provide performance metrics as necessary -Develop and optimize technical processes
      • Educational Qualification : -Bachelors and above degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering
    • Additional Information : -Experience working in a diversified, virtual environment -Administrational tool development
