  • Assist/guide in authoring, reviewing and execution of verification test cases.
  • Provide input for Traceability Matrix.
  • Coordinate verification activities during sprints as well as during formal verification phase.
  • Reporting to team and senior management on progress of verification, status of defects and general stability of application.
  • Assist in logging defects in JIRA and assist Change Control Board in determining priority and severity of defects.
  • Guide team on testing automation tools for future implementation to gain testing efficiency
  • Consider approach for future translation testing
Mandatory Qualifications and ExperienceB.E/B. Tech in Computer Science / Electronics & Communication / Electrical or related field 6 + years of professional software development experienceExperience in writing end to end tests
  • Experience of the verification of software medical devices
  • Experience of regulatory agencies such as the FDA
  • Experience of applicable medical device standards such as IEC 62304 and IEC 82304
Hand s on experience on defining the test strategy and test architecture for software applicationsExcellent planning and organization skills, and committed to delivering as plannedStrong communication skills written & verbalStrong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as independently with minimal supervisionDesirable/preferred Qualifications and ExperienceKnowledge of the Selenium frameworkExpertise in ALM and JIRA toolReasonable AccommodationsBaxter is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
