Job Description

Your future teams are developing Nokia 3GPP mainstream radio technology products and solutions including cross-technology responsibility (Multi Radio Access Technology). Your unit s main priorities are flawless execution of System programs including Network Management & Optimization and attached services.What you will learn and contribute toNokia intends to occupy the leadership position in Cloud RAN. The recent importance of remote working will accelerate adoption of 5G and cloud based technologies. Towards this, we look forward to take on board motivated professionals for the development of the cloud based 5G product, the Fronthaul Gateway (FHGW). We have a rich and exciting roadmap for FHGWYour skills and experience Requirement Analysis, Design & Development of cutting edge 5G cloud based product. Take ownership and lead the features for e2e development Develop deep & wide spread competence in the areas of Linux Kernel and Container Orchestration. Mandatory skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in the development of Linux-based software using C, C++, Python & scripting
  • Has hands-on experience in the development of any Networking sub-domain
Good to Have Skills :
  • Hands-on experience in testing containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Good knowledge of 4G/5G networks focussing on Radio Access Networks
  • Understanding of different clustered hardware architectures
  • Experience in the development and / or usage of Telecom Software Platforms
