Please join us and make this journey together!What Youll Do We in Digital Enterprise Solutions are going through a major transformation increasing automation of our business processes to reduce time to capability and improve performance. To support this transformation, we are looking for an experienced and talented individual to expand our capabilities by adopting industry leading automation technologies.Responsibilities: Implementation, administration, and support of workflow automation platforms, which includes business and IT service process orchestrators, IT service catalog etc. Systems administration and support of underlying infrastructure, which includes Windows/Linux VMs, Oracle databases, and monitoring tools like AppDynamics Technical evaluation, build POCs, and recommend next-gen cloud and SaaS-based orchestrator & catalog platforms Develop & support end-to-end automation workflows for different business requirements working closely with various IT and operations functions Develop, test, and deploy applications and scripts in private, public cloud, or hybrid environments and integration with CI/CD toolset Work with cross-functional application and development teams to develop complex automation workflows and assist with best practices for development Work with external 3rd party solution vendors to configure and test solutions, influence product requirements, report bugs and escalate business impacting issues Participate in technical discussions and accelerate innovation to assist with automating business and IT processesWho You Are We re seeking a talented and experienced individual with hands-on exposure in different workflow automation tools and technologies.Requirements: 3-5 years of experience configuring and supporting workflow automation platforms (Cisco Process Orchestrator, Cisco Prime Service Catalog, StackStorm etc.) 3-5 years of experience developing automation workflows and supporting the associated platforms and underlying infrastructure Extensive hands-on experience with system administration of associated platforms and use of APIs to develop complex workflows Working knowledge of infrastructure and application monitoring technologies such as ScienceLogic, AppDynamics etc. Must have experience in Unix / Shell scripting through an agile development life cycle Experience developing in a CI/CD, DevOps model with knowledge of Jenkins, GIT Hands on development experience with coding languages such as Java or Python AWS/Azure/GCP cloud architecture certifications are preferred One or more certifications on agile methodologies are preferred Possess strong ability and drive to solve complex problems Possess excellent verbal and writing skills Must be a team player and work well in small and large group environmentsWhy Cisco#WeAreCisco, where each person is unique, but we bring our talents to work as a team and make a difference powering an expansive future for all.We adopt digital, and help our customers implement change in their digital businesses.
