As a Technical Writing Intern, you will be working closely with the content strategists, writers, and program managers to write and publish high-quality product documentation for the cloud storage and data services product portfolio. You would have an opportunity to enhance the end-user experience by engaging and collaborating with customer feedback programs to address content gaps and promote continuous improvement of the documentation experience. What you will do

  • Work closely with the content strategists, writers, and program managers to write and publish high-quality product documentation for the Cloud Storage and Data Services product portfolio
  • Engage and collaborate with customer feedback programs to address content gaps and promote continuous improvement of the documentation experience
