Job Role -
Need to do cold/warm calls on the existing database and generate interest for properties and fix Site Visits. Primary job responsibility would be Tele calling and is expected to touch base with 100 -150 clients per day and generate 2 SV per day. Working hours would be 9 hours per day including breaks.
Qualities -Need to be aggressive and need to pleasing voice and good communication skills. Needs to have the ability to engage clients for a long time over the phone, should be capable of doing 150 calls in a single day.
