Job Specification Job Title: Trainer, Procurement Compliance & Service Experience: 2- 5 years Location: Bangalore Qualification: Bachelor of Science / Master of Science Preferred: SAP System, Procurement experience Primary purpose: Become a valued team member to our Global Procurement organization and train the Internal team on the SAP Master data management, Vendor master management, initiates procurement training to the employees. Creating awareness on the procurement policies, coordinating with the team to conduct the training and document it in the Company Intranet. Responsibilities: Conduct training for new hires and recurrent training for employees in the areas of Procurement Assist with the development of training manuals, modules, and curriculum courses Prepare all materials for training courses prior to class Collect feedback from associates, agents, Supervisors, and Quality Monitoring team to identify new training needs Maintain and update training materials as appropriate Interact with training vendors and attend related training conferences and seminars Accurately evaluate essential job training needs of service associates and delivering effective programs to meet those needs Demonstrate ability to quickly learn and adapt to new policies and procedures, and processes of the customer service center Maintain current understanding of policies and procedures, website changes, new products and processes of clients and customer service center Conduct training session on SAP Systems, Procurement Work Experience: Required: 2- 5 years of experience as trainer in Supply Chain Management/ Procurement field. Knowledge on SAP ECCN system. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint Preferred: Experience as a trainer. Understanding of SAP Procurement systems and processes Flexible in Work timing. Travel sometimes required. Skills and Abilities: Required: Critical Thinking: Ability to look at the numbers, trends, and data and come up with the innovative idea to attract the participants. Good knowledge on the procurement and SAP system which helps the participant to resolve the queries. Attention to Detail: Data is precise, must be vigilant in their analysis to come to correct conclusions. Ability to provide good PowerPoint deck which acts as internal interactive slides. Effective communication skills (verbal and written) for clear and concise communications Previous experience working on teams of with business and IT personnel Preferred: Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Procurement areas .
