Job Description

  • The VPM-E&L is responsible for the planning and coordination of all Extractable and Leachable (E&L) Customer projects management and customer-facing activities in BioReliance Validation Services (BVS), reporting to the Global E&L VPM Manager.
The VPM E&L is responsible for:
  • Effectively managing multiple E&L customers projects from the order to the final report sending - simultaneously and bringing them to a successful ; Generating realistic project planning shared with customers, ensuring that, for each of them, the workflow is progressing at a steady rate, following up on tasks and activities, doing regular reviews of progress vs. plan and proceeding with corrective actions to meet timelines or readjust them when needed. Driving a prioritization of customer projects and activities and allowing for streamlining Operations workload in alignment with Ops capacity to meet full utilization. ; Interfacing between customers and validation services teams (quality and labs) to coordinate all activities (documentation, lab scheduling, test non-conformances). Communicating efficiently internally and externally (with customers) by generating project information, update and communications proactively, timely and adequately, by conducting productive project meetings and discussions for planning, brainstorming, status update and problem-solving. Creating, updating, tracking, and closing all E&L projects in SharePoint accurately, completely, and contemporaneously. Consulting VPM(s), VPM Manager, Laboratory experts, Laboratory Manager and/or Global Support (GS) team members to obtain any required information and knowledge needed for project support and completion when necessary. Assisting with standard quotations for E&L studies based on customer needs/requests and regulatory requirements. Providing adequate level of technical support for standard E&L services. Helping customers define their needs, answering basic questions. Assisting a VPM and/or the VPM Manager with customer visits on or off-site. Communicating to the VPM Manager/Admin Team for the completion of the E&L services and invoicing. Participating in and/or leading local/global projects.
Who you are:
  • Experience of 5-9 yrs
  • Qualification: M Sc in Life Science / Bio Chemistry
  • Should have worked in a customer facing role.
