Responsibilities :- Lead Product Management for a fast growing Aggregator/Marketplace- Develop products for a business that will transform the way a multi billion dollar industry operates- Owning the product function and be an expert in that area- Act as a thought partner for founders on forward looking business decisions- Lead the 1-10 and 10-100 journey for the product at the forefront- Manage all aspects of the product life-cycle, including problem definition, product strategy/roadmap, customer needs, requirement/use case definition.- Responsible for the full product lifecycle, from writing specifications, working across multi-disciplinary teams: design, art, and engineering to launch core features within our existing and new games!- Act as the custodian of design thinking and customer advocacy- Build the DNA of data driven decision making in the product org- Expected to develop a deep understanding of our users: their problems, their needs, their desiresDesired Profile :- B.Tech from IIT or MBA from top 10 B Schools with 10+ years of Product Management experience in a high scale B2C/B2B environment- Ability and desire to succeed in an autonomous environment- Strong problem solving and analytical skills- Excellent interpersonal skills,
