  • The S&OP data analyst shall understand and manipulate important volume of data used in S&OP process on worldwide (volumes per month, per country, per carline, per trim in demand and supply with alternative scenarios) in order to Structure the data for easy usage by the stakeholders (synthesis and deep dive)
  • Aid in the design, development, and implementation of S&OP tools
  • Propose statistical models and algorithms to improve the S&OP forecasts, alternative scenarios and reconciliation between demand and supply
  • Prepare and support the monthly demand forecast aggregation, including consensus between functions and stakeholders.
  • Create and drive continuous improvement of world-class demand planning and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
  • Monitor the demand plan performance throughout the month to provide detailed input to Sales and Marketing management for use in demand review and S&OP meetings.
  • Measure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics.
  • Support Flowsheet Optimization Process to mitigate cost and maximize service
  • Develop Capacity simulation process to run sensitivities analysis, like production line swaps, de-bottleneck of production capacity constraints, optimum set of shifts per site, etc
  • Continuous dialogue with procurement and operation team for maintaining inventory levels for catering to orders.
  • Supporting HTS Industrial BA teams in their needs of G-Suite tools / reporting (G-Sheets, Data Studio)
Experience, Qualification and Skill required:
  • Bachelor s Degree in a related field required.
  • 5 years related experience
  • Fluent English, French or German are a plus
  • Statistical predictive analysis (S&OP knowledge would be a plus)
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial systems and the key drivers within the manufacturing and / or industrial environment.
  • Strong organizational skills in strategy, communication at all levels and execution.
  • Understanding of ERP systems especially SAP & Office Productivity tools especially MS Office & Google Suite.
  • Understand programming languages (Python, R, ) & Data Visualisation tools (Power BI, )
  • Databases management
