Design, direct & manage S E O processes, content strategies & link building outreach campaigns. Develop relationships with key influencers on Social Media & potential link partners. Plan and execute all web, S E O/ S E M, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Develop plans to maintain and optimize our organic search visibility & social media presence. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (R O I and K P Is). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies around improving response & conversation rates for outreach. Establish and institute an enterprise/ brand-level S E O measurement framework. Lead an effort to improve communication quality with our international channel partners and create training programs for the same. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience & content strategy/ quality. Manage & grow our network of global freelancers to increase content quality, turnaround time and control costs. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Manage multiple workstream execution of marketing initiatives, measure R O I/ market share and present progress to senior management. Collaborate with international agencies and other vendor partners. Evaluate emerging marketing practices, changing S E O landscape & link building methodologies + provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Manage a team of 3-4 S E O Team Leaders and be accountable for the weekly/ monthly delivery of their established goals. Model the way for our S E O team by demonstrating how to implement an established S E O strategy by rolling up the sleeve and actually executing it. Support program implementation by crafting project schedules, functional specifications, creating campaign flowcharts, and Q/ A documentation to ensure project needs are being met, deliverables are clear, and quality is high. Requirements and Primary Skills Bachelors degree preferred in computers, business, marketing, communications or related field of study. M B A in Marketing highly preferred. Minimum of ten (10) years of professional/ corporate experience as a Digital Marketing Manager & demonstrated expertise with S E O/ link building related area of work. Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written) with a rich English vocabulary usage. Demonstrated ability to utilize English language for persuasive & engaging communication with no grammatical errors. A creative and strategic problem-solver; who is crazy about detail and have the ability to operate effectively in a deadline-driven environment. A sophisticated understanding of organic search and content marketing. Excellent Team building, mentoring and people management skills. The capacity to clearly articulate thinking and adapt presentations for a range of audiences. A deep familiarity with Google (and Bings) search services and analytical platforms. Demonstrated experience using S E O analysis/ research tools like A H R E Fs, Magestic, S E Omoz, or similar tools. Sound understanding of search engine algorithms and updates such as Panda, Penguin and Hummingbird core search technology for regular sites, mobile sites and apps. Web analytics experience with knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics & Google Webmaster Tools. Self-motivated, detail oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Basic knowledge/ understanding of H T M L, C S S, Java Script & technical recommendations. Demonstrated ability to drive results through strategic planning and execution while engaging internal & external resources optimally.Preferred Skills Prior experience designing & executing large scale S E O campaigns for a U K or U S based enterprise client Prior experience getting page 1 rankings on Google, Yahoo and Bing. Prior experience in managing link cleansing (bad links removal) campaigns. Prior experience or a successful track record of leveraging personal network to make connections withkey influencers via social media, email or phone.,
