In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales team by coordinating presales activities, managing documentation, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to showcase our services effectively to potential clients and drive business growth.Description:
    • Handle the processing of all the inquiries generated and prepare the quotation with accuracy and timeliness.
    • Send the quotation.
    • Follow up with the customer to receive the order.
    • Once the order is confirmed,. Let the sales coordinator know about it.
    • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
    • Filing of all the documents.
    • Maintain the records of the inquiry generated.
    • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
    • Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
    • Sort and store all financial and non-financial data in electronic form, and present reports.
    • Reporting daily and monthly progress reports to the concerned reporting authority.
    Skills:
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Have to maintain a good rapport with team members and other departments.
    • Knowledge in the electrical field.
