    Territory Sales Manager Wood FinishesLocation: AhmedabadDepartment: SalesRole Type: Full-timePosition OverviewThe Territory Sales Manager Wood Finishes is responsible for driving the growth of the wood finish product range within the assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving monthly primary and secondary sales targets, expanding the contractor network, strengthening dealer relationships, and ensuring the successful penetration and visibility of the brand in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
    • Plan, forecast, and achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
    • Implement strategies to establish and grow the Wood Finishes product portfolio in the territory.
    • Drive dealer-wise, product-wise, and SKU-wise sales performance.
    Dealer & Contractor Management
    • Build, maintain, and deepen long-term relationships with dealers to increase product adoption.
    • Develop a strong contractor network, including onboarding and consistent engagement.
    • Execute contractor loyalty program enrollments and track participation.
    • Conduct regular contractor meets, training sessions, and field activations.
    Market Development & Product Promotion
    • Explain monthly schemes, offers, and promotions to dealers and contractors effectively.
    • Ensure the installation, demonstration, and nurturing of Wood Finish Tinting Machines across assigned outlets.
    • Support field activities that enhance product visibility and dealer engagement.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, technical, and finance for seamless execution.
    • Provide market insights, competitor intel, and product feedback to relevant stakeholders.
    Market Intelligence & Reporting
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the product range, competition, influencers, and local market dynamics.
    • Track KPIs, prepare daily/weekly reports, and present key updates to management.
    Required Skills & Competencies
    • Experience in Secondary Sales, B2B Sales, and Contractor/Dealer Handling.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to manage field activities independently.
    • Good understanding of wood finish products (preferred).
    • Self-motivated with a strong orientation toward achieving sales targets.
    Education & Experience
    • Bachelors Degree (any discipline).
    • 2-9 years of relevant experience in sales (preferably in paints, wood finishes, or building materials).
