Job Description

 Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Branch BankingLocation: Across Gujrat Major cities like Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, Himatnagar, MehsanaDepartment: Retail Banking / Branch BankingJob Type: Full-timeReporting To: Branch ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual for the role of Customer Service Executive (CSE) in Branch Banking. The ideal candidate will be the face of the bank, responsible for delivering excellent service to customers, handling banking transactions, and supporting branch operations in line with service and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and address their banking needs efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle day-to-day banking operations like account opening, deposits, withdrawals, passbook updates, cheque processing, and service requests.
  • Educate customers about digital banking platforms, products, and services.
  • Ensure customer queries, requests, and complaints are resolved promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory norms.
  • Support sales staff in lead generation for cross-selling banking products like savings accounts, fixed deposits, credit cards, and insurance.
  • Ensure a smooth customer onboarding process and document verification.
  • Manage customer wait times and maintain high service quality standards in the branch.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Banking preferred)
  • Experience: 0–2 years in a customer service/sales role (Freshers with good communication skills may apply)
  • Age: 21 to 28 years (preferred by most private banks)
Career Path:This is an entry-level role with fast-track growth opportunities into roles like Relationship Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and Branch Manager based on performance.
