Job Description

    We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our efforts in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the companys growth in the healthcare/medical device industry. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with a strong technical background and/or marketing acumen to launch their career in the healthcare industry.Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, healthcare institutions.
    • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
    • Promote and present company products/services to clients effectively.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as required.
    • Maintain records of client interactions and prepare sales reports.
    Required Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Basic understanding of medical devices, and healthcare system products.
    • Willingness to travel for client visits or meetings.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
