Job Description

    We are hiring for Customer Service Executive(Jabalpur interview)Job location -AhmedabadAs a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that customers receive timely and accurate information and support.Responsibilities
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
    • Provide customers with information about products and services.
    • Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
    • Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
    • Meet performance targets and KPIs set by the management team.
    Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is preferred.
    • Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends or holidays as needed.
