Position: Field Officer Sales (FOS) Vehicle LoanDepartment: Vehicle LoanInterview Mode: VirtualWorking Days: 6 Days a Week (as per Bank Policy)Role OverviewWe are seeking motivated and result-driven Field Officer Sales (FOS) professionals to strengthen our vehicle loan business. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, promoting vehicle finance products, developing relationships with customers and dealer partners, and achieving sales objectives through field-based marketing and sales activities.Key Responsibilities
• Source new customers and generate business for vehicle loan products.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable vehicle financing options.
• Assist customers with the complete loan application process and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealerships and channel partners to facilitate smooth loan processing.
• Regularly update customers on the status of their loan applications and address their concerns in a timely manner.
• Meet assigned monthly and yearly business targets.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with bank policies, lending norms, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit periodic reports.
• Keep track of market developments, competitor offerings, and product updates to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and loan processing teams to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
Eligibility
• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or related industries are eligible to apply.

• Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel and work in a field sales role.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Preferred Candidate
• Previous experience in Vehicle Finance, Auto Loans, Automobile Sales, or BFSI Sales will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with the local market and an established dealer or customer network is preferred.
