The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Steel Wire Industry and a strong background in distribution management and team leadership. Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow sales operations across Ahmedabad, Surat, and Vadodara
• Develop and strengthen the distribution network in Gujarat
• Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve targets
• Drive revenue growth and increase market penetration
• Ensure effective use of MIS and SFA (Sales Force Automation) tools
• Travel within Gujarat for a minimum of 15 days per month
• Implement and execute sales strategies to support business expansion
Candidate Requirements
• 4 years of sales experience in the Steel Wire Industry (Mandatory)
• Strong experience in distribution channel management
• Good knowledge of Gujarat geography (exposure to adjoining states preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in computer applications, MIS, and SFA tools
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
