Job Description

    Job Purpose:The HR Business Development Executive will drive recruitment and business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the companys expansion in HR outsourcing, RPO, and payroll services.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation:
    • Identify and connect with prospective clients for HR outsourcing and payroll services.
    • Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitors.
    • Leverage outreach channels (email, calls, networking, social media) to generate leads.
    Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
    • Understand client needs and propose tailored HR solutions.
    • Ensure a seamless and satisfying client experience during the sales process.
    Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
    • Prepare compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
    Recruitment:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
    • Ensure timely fulfillment of client hiring needs with quality candidates.
    • Maintain a robust talent pipeline.
    Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
    • Provide regular reports on sales, recruitment activities, and KPIs to management.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).
    • 1-2 years of experience in HR services or business development.
    • Familiarity with recruitment, HR outsourcing, and payroll processes.
    Skills:
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Proficiency in HR tools, CRM software, and MS Office.
