This field-based role involves outreach, product demonstrations, lead generation, and deal closures.Key Responsibilities Visit clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers to pitch products Conduct demos and presentations to doctors and physiotherapists Generate leads via field visits, cold calls, and referrals Build relationships with healthcare professionals Follow up with prospects and drive conversions Maintain records using CRM tools Provide field feedback to improve strategies Meet monthly and quarterly sales targetsRequirements Bachelors degree (Healthcare/Science background preferred) 13 years of field sales experience (preferably in healthcare or medical devices) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and hardworking Willingness to travel within territory Presentation and negotiation skills Proficiency with mobile apps and CRM software
