Sales Engineer (Metal cutting machine)Location : Ahmedabad, Pune, MumbaiRole Overview:As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and delivering technical solutions to customers within your assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and professional networks
• Plan and execute sales strategies to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
• Prepare proposals, handle negotiations, and ensure timely order closure
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and delivery of orders
• Manage key accounts, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM tools
• Mentor junior team members and support overall team performance
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / related field preferred)
• Experience in industrial or machine tools sales (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
