Job Description

    You will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations and providing basic IT support at the Ahmedabad office of Conneqtion Group. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth office processes and efficient handling of minor technical issues.- Oversee day-to-day office administration to maintain a well-organized work environment- Monitor and restock office supplies such as stationery, tissues, and pantry items as required- Manage petty cash, maintain expense records, and handle basic cash management tasks- Track and maintain office assets including IT and non-IT items like laptops, furniture, and printers- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies- Provide first-level support for hardware/software issues faced by staff- Uphold regular upkeep of CCTV systems and biometric attendance devices- Assist with basic system configuration and troubleshooting- Knowledge of network maintenance including internet, router, and access point issues is advantageousQualifications Required:- 3 to 10 years of experience in office administration with exposure to basic IT support- Strong organizational and communication skills- Basic knowledge of IT systems, Microsoft tools, and device troubleshooting- Ability to manage cash, maintain records, and coordinate with multiple departments- Experience with CCTV/biometric systems and asset tracking is preferred,
