Job Description

    A Retail Sales Officer in the jewelry industry plays a key role in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a strong understanding of jewelry products.Key Responsibilities:
    • Engage customers, understand their preferences, and assist in selecting suitable pieces.
    • Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.

    • Knowledge of jewelry grading, hallmarking, and certifications.

    • Technical proficiency with POS systems.
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma; a degree in sales or marketing is a plus.
    • Experience in retail or luxury sales (jewelry preferred).
    • Certification in gemology (optional but advantageous).
