Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Cluster Head for the B2B business in Gujarat, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and managing relationships with institutional clients. Your main duties will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, executing business plans to meet revenue targets, and leading a team of sales and support professionals.Key Responsibilities:- Enroll new partners (Brokers) to expand the business network.- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets.- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.- Lead and manage a team of sales and support professionals.- Provide coaching and training to team members.- Achieve revenue targets through new business development and existing client growth.- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.- Adjust business strategies to optimize revenue growth.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Qualifications Required:- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development within the financial services industry.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and training skills.- Strong business development and sales skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Possession of NISM Series V-A certification is mandatory.(Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description),
