With a global presence in the USA, UK, UAE, Africa, Malaysia, and Norway, we provide a complete range of IT enterprise services and industry-focused solutions to over 39 domains worldwide.Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily operations including backup, restore, and archive tasks.- Actively monitor backup and archive jobs to ensure smooth operations.- Manage Data Protection solutions such as HYCU, Qstar ASM, SpectraLogic Stack, and NFS/SMB/S3 repositories.- Ensure backup integrity, disaster recovery readiness, and effective incident response.- Restore virtual machines, databases, mailboxes, and files as required.- Automate backup scheduling and validation processes.- Manage rotation for offsite media tape storage at vendor facility.- Troubleshoot backup-related failures and optimize storage usage.- Configure scheduled reports and execute on-demand reports.Qualifications Required:- Experience in handling Hot/Online Backups using tools like HYCU, VeeAM, Commvault, or NetBackup.- Familiarity with Archive Backups using QStar ASM & Spectra Logic Stack.- Knowledge of Offsite Backups and DR Replication tools such as RP4VM, Nutanix D, VeeAM, Zerto, Carbonite, or Arcserve.Join Hidden Brains Infotech to be a part of our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of digital transformation through innovative technology solutions.,
