Job Description

    Position Title: Senior Engineer Sales & Marketing (Front Sales)Location: Pune, AhmedabadExperience: 3 to 5 yearsCompensation: 3 to 5 LPAIndustry: Industrial Equipment / Thermal & Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing Key Responsibilities:
    • Generate and manage sales enquiries from OEMs, EPCs, end users, and consultants
    • Conduct client meetings to understand technical applications and offer appropriatevalve solutions
    • Collaborate with application engineering team for accurate proposal submissions
    • Lead price negotiations and handle customer objections while maintainingprofitability
    • Track and manage enquiry-to-order conversion pipeline
    • Build long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business
    • Conduct site visits and technical discussions as needed
    • Provide competitive intelligence and feedback to the management team
    Candidate Profile:
    • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Instrumentation Engineering (MBApreferred)
    • Diploma holders can apply with 2 - 3 years of additional relevant experience
    • Candidates from the industrial equipment sector (valves, pumps, turbines,instrumentation, etc.) preferred
    • Strong ownership mindset, self-motivated, and ready to travel
    • Confident in handling commercial discussions and sales closure
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms is an advantage
