Job Description

    JOB PURPOSE Responsible for data analysis, monitoring monthly sales performance, and quality ofwork for the cross-sell team to drive profitability through the sale of top-up loans andallied financial products to existing Tractor Finance customers.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage a team of 50-70 call center officers, prepare monthly team schedules,and track team performance.Preparation of allocation files, target setting, productivity calculation, andpriority-wise case segregation for Cross-sell Officers.Set monthly conversion and sales goals for each team member and ensuretarget achievement.Maintain the quality of work for the team as per company policy andprocedures.Make strategic and operational planning decisions to achieve teamperformance effectively in terms of lead conversion and product penetration.Generate detailed projections by preparing MIS for daily team achievement.Monitor each units performance to ensure alignment with month-end salestargets.DIMENSIONS Financial Dimensions (if applicable): NA Other Dimensions: NASKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Educational Qualifications: Graduate / MBA.Functional Skills: Analytical, team management, communication, and leadership skills.Understanding of Farmer Finance / Tractor industry dynamics.Proficiency in sales funnel management and conversion tracking.Relevant and total years of Experience: Min 3 years in sales call center or rural lending; overall 6 years experience
