Job Description

    As an Assistant Manager - NE Sales at Otis, your role will involve generating enquiries and finalizing orders, contract management, and supporting sales and marketing functions. You will be responsible for forecasting and target setting, meeting customers, architects, and consultants to assess their requirements, and developing and increasing the customer database.Key Responsibilities:- Establishing product strategy for the allotted territory or account based on market trends- Identifying and maintaining rapport with key persons in major customer organizations- Keeping customers informed, updated, and equipped with product development and literature- Conducting market surveys, understanding competitors, and generating new inquiries- Preparing sales negotiation data sheets and submitting model elevator proposals and tenders- Attending pre-bid meetings, tender openings, negotiation meetings, and following up on proposals and tenders- Achieving a minimum of 90% of the set targets for the year- Coordinating SIP meetings and ensuring customer visits as per guidelines- Liaising with the Construction Department for effective contract management- Focusing on customer satisfaction and resolving complaints in a timely and mutually acceptable manner- Creating safety awareness among all customersAbout Otis:Otis is the worlds leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company, moving 2.4 billion people every day and maintaining approximately 2.4 million customer units worldwide.
