Job Description

    As a Customer Service Representative at Dozen Diamonds, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with products or services. Your role will involve answering inbound phone calls, addressing customer queries, resolving payment-related issues, and providing information about company offerings. Key Responsibilities:- Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with knowledge and efficiency- Identify and address customer needs to ensure total satisfaction- Build expert knowledge of the companys products and services- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences- Provide accurate and complete information to customers through various communication channels- Meet personal/team targets by promoting additional products and services- Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and follow up for resolution- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback for review- Conduct surveys to collect data on customer satisfaction and brand awarenessQualifications:- Experience in providing exceptional customer service- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of equity trading and financial markets is a plus- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Stock Trading Industry- Proven track record of over-achieving quota- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferredJoin Dozen Diamonds as a Customer Service Representative and contribute to the companys mission of providing stress-free trading solutions to retail investors through exceptional customer support.
