As a Digital Marketing Project Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing a team of up to 10 members comprising SEO, SMO, WordPress development, and full-stack development experts. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee project execution from start to finish, ensure timely delivery, enhance marketing performance, and reach business sales objectives.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead and supervise a team of up to 10 members, overseeing: - Management of SEO campaigns - Planning and execution of SMO strategies for clients - Collaboration with Full Stack & WordPress Developers to meet project deadlines- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies in alignment with business objectives- Manage the complete project lifecycle, including requirement understanding, planning, execution, and delivery- Handle client communication to guarantee satisfaction- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.- Facilitate coordination between development and marketing teams for seamless project execution- Ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and sales targets- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and generate reports- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to enhance ROI**Required Skills & Qualifications:**- Proven background in digital marketing and team leadership- Proficiency in SEO & SMO strategies, as well as managing paid ads and website development- Strong project management and organizational abilities- Effective client handling and communication skills- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously- Data-driven mindset focused on performance and ROI- Leadership skills to motivate and guide a team effectively**Key Requirements:**- Effective team management skills- Emphasis on timely delivery and execution- Ability to drive sales and lead generation- Hands-on experience in running paid campaigns- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities**Preferred Qualifications:**- Previous experience in an agency environment- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, CRM tools, etc.In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, we offer an exciting opportunity for you to lead a dynamic team in a growth-oriented work environment.
