Job Description

    As a highly skilled and result-driven Digital Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, driving marketing performance, and achieving business sales goals. You will lead and manage a team of up to 10 members across SEO, SMO, WordPress development, and full-stack development. Your key responsibilities include:- Managing SEO campaigns and the team- Planning SMO for clients and managing the team- Coordinating with Full Stack & WordPress Developers for timely project completion- Planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals- Handling client communication to ensure satisfaction- Running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)- Coordinating between development and marketing teams for smooth project execution- Tracking KPIs, analyzing performance, and preparing reports- Identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies to improve ROIYour required skills and qualifications include:- Proven experience in digital marketing and team leadership- Strong knowledge of SEO & SMO strategies, Paid Ads, and Website development- Excellent project management and organizational skills- Strong client handling and communication skills- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Data-driven mindset with focus on performance and ROI- Leadership qualities to motivate and guide a teamIn addition, you should have the ability to manage teams effectively, a strong focus on timely delivery and execution, capability to drive sales and lead generation, and hands-on experience in running paid campaigns.
