Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you will play a crucial role in improving the teams ability to continuously integrate and deploy solutions and manage issues. You will be responsible for writing scalable, stable production-quality code with a thoroughly automated test suite in order to deploy solutions on the Transportation-as-a-Service platform. Additionally, you will be expected to foster reusability, provide thought leadership with external partners, and engineer a world-class user experience that enhances the mobile app user experience, surprising and delighting customers.Key Responsibilities:- Improve teams ability to continuously integrate and deploy solutions and manage issues- Write scalable, stable production-quality code with automated test suite- Foster reusability and provide thought leadership with external partners- Enhance mobile app user experience to surprise and delight customersQualifications Required:- Working knowledge of gRPC and/or WebSockets- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong oral and written communication skills- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills- Familiarity with the App Store submission processes- Experience developing user-friendly APIs- Understanding of Clean Code principles- Strong knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.) and Test-Driven Development- 2 years of work experience with a multi-platform build tool such as React Native or Flutter- 5 years of software engineering experience- 2 years of work experience in Mobile App Development- 2 years experience with testing frameworks such as XCTest and Detox- Experience with a combination of iOS/Swift and Android/Java platforms- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline As a candidate for this position, you will play a crucial role in improving the teams ability to continuously integrate and deploy solutions and manage issues.
