Job Description

As a Generative AI Python Senior Specialist Engineer at Coforge, your role involves building both Traditional AI/ML and Generative AI based systems. You should be highly skilled in programming and statistics, with the ability to confidently assess, analyze, and organize large amounts of data.**Key Responsibilities:**- Undertake data collection, data mining, preprocessing, and analysis of structured and unstructured data- Develop expertise in large language models (LLMs/LSTMs/BERT) for complex reasoning in few- and zero-shot settings- Build and customize AI models, including LLM models via GenAI studios extended through Azure, AWS, or GCP- Proficiency with LLM frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, and Azure OpenAI- Experience with model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases- Strong understanding of Python design patterns, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization- Build RESTful APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows- Apply machine learning algorithms and have a data science and data engineering background- Expertise in cloud technologies, especially Azure Cognitive Services and Azure Machine Learning- Deliver projects leveraging GenAI services such as Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, or Vertex- Understand text/content representation techniques, statistics, and classification algorithms**Qualifications Required:**- 3 years of professional experience in Python development- 2 years of hands-on experience with GenAI technologies- Knowledge of Java or .Net is an added advantage- Experience in applying machine learning algorithms- Strong understanding of cloud technology and cognitive services- Ability to bring innovation, support new business activities, and communicate technical concepts effectively- Passion for technology and customer success*Coforge is a dynamic organization that encourages innovation and collaboration.
