Job Description

    As a General Manager - Sales & Marketing in the residential real estate sector, your role will involve overseeing and leading end-to-end Sales & Marketing operations for an upcoming luxury residential project comprising 500 units of 3 & 4 BHK luxury apartments. Your key responsibilities and deliverables include:- Driving sales growth by leading from the front, coordinating with the sales team, and formulating strategies to enhance sales velocity and volume.- Planning and executing direct sales strategies, including pricing, schemes, and customer acquisition plans.- Identifying and engaging large institutions, corporate clients, and investors for bulk and strategic deals.- Targeting and managing relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) to maximize premium sales.- Developing, expanding, and strengthening relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents active in the project catchment area.- Ensuring consistent engagement, performance tracking, and alignment of channel partners with sales goals.- Leading brand-building initiatives at the local and regional level, including project presentations, roadshows, site events, and local-level social media and digital campaigns.- Collaborating with marketing teams and agencies to ensure strong project visibility and positioning.- Handling internal and external corporate communications, including press releases, media interactions, technical articles, and brand-related content.- Maintaining strong relationships with customers across all stages of the buying journey to ensure high customer satisfaction, address concerns, and foster long-term trust and brand loyalty.As a candidate for this role, you should ideally possess:- 20 years of robust experience in real estate sales and marketing, preferably in residential projects.- Proven experience in driving sales strategies, managing large residential developments, and achieving revenue targets.- Hands-on exposure to direct sales, institutional sales, and channel partner development.- Strong market knowledge and established networks in Ghaziabad and Noida.- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term customer and partner relationships.- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.The employment location for this role is in Uttar Pradesh on a full-time basis.
