Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including attendance, payroll, statutory compliance, onboarding, employee records, and exit formalities. The ideal candidate should possess strong HR operations expertise, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to lead and coordinate HR activities effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and related HR systems.- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.- Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable statutory compliances.- Coordinate TDS-related activities and maintain necessary records.- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exit processes.- Prepare HR reports and MIS using Excel and support audits and compliance reviews.- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures and support process improvements.Qualifications Required:- Proven experience in HR operations.- Strong Excel skills.- Ability to lead and coordinate HR activities effectively.(Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description) Role Overview:You will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including attendance, payroll, statutory compliance, onboarding, employee records, and exit formalities.
