    Role Overview:You will be joining TripleTriple, a leading provider of work from home solutions for small and medium-sized businesses in North America. Your role as a Senior Customer Service Representative will involve providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate customer records, meeting service targets, and sharing customer feedback with the management team.Key Responsibilities:- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and professionalism.- Resolve customer concerns by finding effective solutions, aiming for first-contact resolution while following company policies.- Maintain a deep understanding of products/services to address customer queries and offer suitable recommendations.- Record customer interactions, transactions, and issues in the CRM system for a comprehensive record.- Analyze complex situations, think critically, and proactively resolve issues by collaborating with other departments when necessary.Qualification Required:- Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a remote work setting.- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically in challenging situations.- Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to maintain accurate and detailed customer records.- Ability to work independently, meet service targets, and effectively communicate customer feedback to the management team.
