Job Description

    As an Inside Sales Associate at Cancard Inc, you will be a part of a multi-technology company based in Markham since 1989, dedicated to transforming primary healthcare through technological innovation. Your role will involve working on real projects, gaining international exposure, and contributing to impactful initiatives within the entire sales & marketing ecosystem.**Key Responsibilities:**- Conduct market research by designing and implementing primary & secondary research projects- Identify business opportunities and potential customers- Cold call customers for feedback & demo appointment booking- Create visual reports & presentations for stakeholders- Support proposal and presentation development- Assist with sales & marketing administrative tasks- Support promotional campaigns and activities- Manage & monitor company social media accounts- Design brochures (French & English) and create digital content- Conduct product demos, presentations, and webinars- Build and qualify lead pipelines through calls & inquiries- Track customer satisfaction and support sales events- Handle customer quote requests & queries**Qualifications:**- Bachelors/ masters degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or related field- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, inside sales, or business development roles- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings, product demos, and business development activities- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to CRM tools is an advantage- Creative mindset with the ability to design basic promotional content- Good analytical and research skills with attention to detail- Comfortable with cold calling and interacting with customers- Ability to work independently and in a team environment**What We Offer:**- Competitive salary and benefits package- Flexible working hours- A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development- The chance to work on meaningful projects that have a real impact on healthcareIf you are interested in applying for this role, please submit your resume, cover letter, and any relevant work samples or project portfolios to [HIDDEN TEXT].
