Job Description

Role Overview:You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from students, parents, and educational institutions to provide information about courses offered by the institution. Additionally, you will conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote educational services and products. Your role will also involve processing student applications, enrollments, and payments over the phone.
