Job Description

    You will be responsible for admissions processing, which includes processing applications, verifying qualifications, managing records in CRM systems (e.g., OpenApply), and ensuring compliance with regulations.Your key responsibilities will include:- Guiding prospective students/parents through program details, curriculum options, and entry requirements to meet enrollment targets.- Answering inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing a welcoming environment, and conducting campus tours.- Working with academic, marketing, and visa support teams to ensure a smooth transition from application to enrollment.Qualifications required for this role:- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage records accurately.- Excellent communication skills to effectively guide and counsel prospective students/parents.- Ability to collaborate with various teams and coordinate tasks efficiently.
