You are seeking a VP/Sr VP - Operations for a Mumbai-based client, specifically looking for candidates located in Mumbai with at least 15 years of experience. As the Vice President/Senior Vice President, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and enhancing customer experience within the Payment Aggregator ecosystem. Your expertise in digital payments, merchant lifecycle management, risk operations, and managing high-volume transaction environments will be essential for this position.Key Responsibilities:- Provide operational leadership and develop strategies to drive excellence in operations.- Oversee Merchant Lifecycle Management to ensure efficient processes.- Manage risk, fraud, and compliance activities to safeguard the organization.- Supervise merchant and vendor relationships to optimize partnerships.- Lead Customer Service Management initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.- Utilize AI, digital, and technology experience to drive innovation.- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines for seamless operations.Ideal Profile:- Proven track record of managing large teams effectively.- Prior experience in the Fintech, payments, or banking industry is desirable.- Familiarity with risk and compliance guidelines is crucial.- Experience in managing vendors and 3rd party merchant vendors is preferred.Qualifications:- Minimum of 15 years of experience in fintech, payments, or banking sectors.- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; an MBA is preferred for this role.
