    Role Overview:As an International Customer Service Representative based in Noida, you will be responsible for assisting global customers with inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and improving the overall customer experience. Your role will involve resolving customer issues, maintaining a thorough understanding of company products and services, and communicating clearly and professionally with clients from various international markets.Key Responsibilities:- Assist global customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer support- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently- Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients across international marketsQualifications Required:- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction- Proficiency in enhancing Customer Experience and upholding a high standard of service- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred- High school diploma required; a bachelors degree is an advantageNote:For undergraduates, a minimum of 6 months of international BPO experience is required. Graduates with fluent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
